I'm a Technical Product Manager who started out as a developer. I've taken SaaS, fintech, and marketplace products from early concept to live production, covering product strategy, architecture decisions, and delivery.

I care about products that work for real users, not products that are technically complete but painful to use in practice. That means staying close to how people actually use what we ship, working with engineers on the decisions that shape the experience, and being honest about what to cut when the scope gets too wide.

Learning matters a lot to me, and I still build things in my spare time, mostly to solve problems I or the people around me are running into. That hands-on habit is what keeps the technical instinct sharp.
