Nicholas Olaniyi

I'm a Technical Product Manager who started out as a developer. I've taken SaaS, fintech, and marketplace products from early concept to live production, covering product strategy, architecture decisions, and delivery. I currently manage platforms running across 30+ active tenants.

I care about building things that actually work for the people using them, not just things that technically function. That means thinking through the architecture that supports growth, working closely with engineers to ship properly, and staying close to real usage when deciding what to build next.

I founded CupidFaces and ran it as CEO before stepping down to pursue TPM full time. Learning matters a lot to me, and I still build things in my spare time, mostly to solve problems I or the people around me are running into.
